RETURNS 

 

 
All returns are now self-serve.

To create a return click visit https://accounts.downsevenclo.com. Enter your email and click continue. You will then receive an email from Shop with a verification code to complete the login process. Once logged in, choose the order you would like to create a return.

 

 - Down Seven / The Bad Alliance will gladly offer an exchange / item return in the form of Store Credit, only.

 - Please send us a request with in 14 days of order delivery. Once inspected of no damages and all original tags are included store credit / exchange will be issued. 

 - Please allow 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us for processing.

 - Store credit will only include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes paid. 

- Return labels will be provided for easy returns and a flat rate shipping fee of $7 and 6% restocking fee will be taken out of credit issued. 

 - All sale items are final sale.

- We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any sale items.

- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached and in their original packaging.

- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

- Customers should have 5 days from receiving product to report any issues with order or defects.

- We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.

- We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• Wardrobing: An irregular or excessive return history.
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

- We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed so please check all your details including address and size before completing your order.

- We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.

 

 

 

SHIPPING

TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.

 

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; please contact local shipping service. No refunds will be offered due to this. 

 

PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.
